Bloomer 2 Service Program

HortiPower has determined that the internal connector of a very small percentage of Bloomer 2 products may disconnect permanently. Affected bulbs were manufactured between January 2022 to February 2022. If your Bloomer 2 has exhibited this issue, you may be eligible for this program. HortiPower or a HortiPower Authorized Service Provider will provide service or a replacement, free of charge.

This worldwide program covers eligible Bloomer 2 for two years after your purchase of the unit.
